Hello again!
Days are kinda busy here but still rather calm. Yesterday I took Zorro with me to visit a friend up in northern Gotland. We took all the dogs out (she has 5 schnauzers drawf size + one english setter) for a walk. We ended up being out for almost 2 hours and the dog ran, played and Zorro and Thelma also baded some in the water where Zorro took a swim, silly retriever ;)
Today we went out for some fetching training for one hour and then met my neighbours and their two dogs, a daschound and a swedish white elkhound, both around 1 year old. Zorro knows the daschound Morris since last summer but the white elkhound is a newbie so of course he had to show him that he's the boss. And don't worry he was never mean, just growled and did fake attacks when the dogs got too much over him or were too excited. Afterwards they all walked side by side without any difficulties. I am hoping that I can join my neighbours for a walk tomorrow in Ihreviken where Zorro and Tass can run around. Holding my thumbs for good weather!
We also trailed a bit today. I came back kinda late after fetching to lay out the trail, so the trail wasn't more than 3 hours old when we took it at 5 o'clock. It was 250 m long and had 5 turns and one turn that went back along the trail and then out (hard to explain). He did very well so I am hoping he'll do as good on the test the 29th! :)
